Since joining RIóN in 2013 as an Associate, Luis has advised several clients in a wide variety of sectors such as industry services in which he participated in a merger of two family companies to create the leading company in industrial laundry services in Mexico; oil & gas advising a Mexican family owned company in the acquisition of the Mexican operations of a US based company under Chapter 11; industrial goods on the purchase of a competitor to create the largest illumination company in Mexico; among others.
Previously, Luis worked in KPMG as a senior advisor in the Transaction Services area, leading the financial analyst team performing due diligence. Luis focused in diverse sectors such as pharmaceutical & healthcare, consumer services & retail, communications, financial services and construction, mainly in transactions valued above US$ 50 million.
