Ricardo joined the firm in 1997. Since then, has closed more than 40 transactions including selling Mexican companies to international and local strategic buyers as well as acquiring enterprises in Mexico for multinationals in their entrance strategy to the country and in the acquisition of companies abroad for Mexican enterprises. He has also performed around 120 valuations in around 15 industries.
The transactions in which Ricardo has participated include various sectors, among others: food and beverage, manufacturing, building materials, consumer products, retail, financial, textile and clothing as well as in business outsourcing services.

- Independent member of the Board of Directors in financial and manufacturing companies.
- Member of the Management Committee and president of the Finance and Administration Committee of the Colegio Nacional de Consejeros Profesionales Independientes de Empresas.
- Professor on company valuation, M&A and Joint Ventures at ITAM and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
- Participated in international rowing competitions and was a founding member and president of the Club España’s Masters Rowing Association.
